Your mission
Together with internal IT, you create a technical working environment at SysEleven in which employees – whether remote or in the office – feel comfortable.
That's you
Your tasks:
- Procurement and management of work equipment and handling of claims
- Administrative support with onboarding and offboarding processes and organising onboarding events for new employees
- Depending on your interests: Programming and DevOps tasks
- Structured documentation
- Support both remotely and on-site in the office with questions about work equipment, conference rooms and events
That is what you have to bring on board:
- Enrolment in a degree programme with a focus on computer science (at least in the 2nd semester)
- The ability to work in a structured and independent manner
- A high demand for the maintenance of documentation
- Empathy and the ability to respond to different personalities
- Written and spoken German and English
What you can expect in the Team:
We in internal IT are the chess boxers at SysEleven. The team knows every floor tank in the office personally and at the same time dives deep into code and configurations to get things moving. We are general practitioners and helpful contacts for all matters relating to office hardware. We run (almost) all the applications on which SysEleven’s internal processes depend and continuously develop them further.
