Your Mission
As an IT Support Specialist, you are the cornerstone of our SysEleven IT infrastructure. You ensure that all colleagues can work smoothly by resolving technical issues, managing hardware, and serving as the first point of contact for all internal assets. Your expertise in Linux/Unix systems and your willingness to take on basic DevOps tasks enable you to collaborate with your colleagues on equal footing.

Your responsibilities:
- Operation and maintenance of the internal IT infrastructure (Linux/Unix) as well as taking on basic DevOps tasks
- User support for IT-related questions, both remote and on-site
- Qualification and processing of support requests (incident, problem, and change tickets)
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware for conference rooms and workplaces, as well as management and inventory of IT equipment
- Technical onboarding of new employees and maintenance of the corresponding IT documentation
What you have to bring on board:
- Extensive knowledge of Linux and Unix systems, which you have acquired e.g., in an IT apprenticeship or career change
- Quick understanding of technical contexts and independent problem-solving
- Structured, solution-oriented work approach with a hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills
- Ideally, experience with inventory and asset management
- Very good German skills and good English skills
