1. First contact after your application

People & Culture will set up an appointment with you for an initial interview. We’d like to learn more about yourself, your background, and your motivations, and see if you might be a fit for this role, or if there might be another position for you at SysEleven.

2. Your interview with us

It’s time to talk about what we love the most: technology! Let’s get into details about your experience and skillset. Also, it’s the best opportunity for you to ask us about the role, the tools we use, and what’s the team like. 

3. Enough theory: Today is trial day!

It’s test day! On Trial Day, you’ll work on real tasks with the team, letting us assess your work ethic, teamwork, and adaptability while you experience our company culture and the team’s structure. This can be done remotely or in the office, and the goal is to sense if there’s chemistry from both sides!

We optimize and manage internal IT systems and business applications. Tools and workflows are enhanced to boost efficiency and align with business goals, supporting growth and innovation across the organization.

UX

We design the SysEleven management dashboards to ensure an intuitive, seamless interface for efficient cloud infrastructure management. The platform is continuously enhanced, with a focus on functionality and a user-centric approach.

Solution Architects

We design and implement custom IT solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and efficiency. By understanding requirements and integrating technologies, we enhance operations, drive innovation, and align solutions with business goals.

Product Managers & Product Owners

At SysEleven, Product Managers set strategy and define requirements, while Product Owners manage the backlog and create user stories. Together, they guide the product lifecycle, ensuring innovation and market readiness.

Customer Support

We provide client support through three teams: Request Fulfillment handles service requests, the Technical Support resolves inquiries, and Incident Management addresses incidents quickly. Together, they ensure efficient and effective support for a seamless customer experience.

Solution Engineers

We create custom IT solutions, optimizing performance and scalability based on client needs. Architectures are developed, technologies integrated, and strategic guidance provided to ensure effective deployment and ongoing support.

Service & Project Management

We ensure quality IT service and project execution. Service Management handles service quality and customer satisfaction, while Project Management oversees planning and timely completion. Together, they drive excellence and align with business goals.

Information Security

We protect IT infrastructure and data by implementing security measures, assessing risks, and responding to incidents. Compliance is ensured, vulnerabilities are monitored, and strategies are developed to enhance security and protect systems.
